About Finenza
Hi, I’m Manny. I built Finenza to take recurring management-report production off accounting teams.
Finenza provides white-label Xero management reporting for boutique UK accounting practices, turning agreed client data into reconciled, client-ready management packs without adding the same production workload to qualified staff.
Why Finenza exists
Monthly reporting is valuable. Rebuilding the pack every month is not.
For many accounting practices, recurring management accounts still involve the same production work every reporting cycle: exporting Xero data, updating comparisons, preparing budget views, reviewing aged debtors, formatting reports, checking figures and producing the final PDF.
That work is necessary, but it does not always need to sit with the qualified people who should be reviewing the numbers and speaking with clients.

How I work
Start with one reporting cycle and make the process clear.
The first step is understanding what your practice currently produces, where the Xero data comes from and what your team needs to review before the pack goes to the client.
Understand the current reporting process
I review the management pack, source data, reporting requirements and who is responsible for the final review.
Agree the data handoff
For the pilot, this can be your practice’s own Xero figures or anonymised client exports. For ongoing work, we agree whether monthly exports or appropriate Xero access makes more sense.
Prepare and reconcile the pack
Once the agreed data is complete, I prepare the management pack and reconcile the key reporting outputs against the source information.
Return it for your team’s review
Your team receives the finished white-labelled PDF, reviews the figures and commentary, and remains in control of the client relationship.
