Hi, I’m Muneeb. I build tools that make business data easier to use.

I work on dashboards, trackers and reporting systems. I created Finenza to show what I build, explain how I work through a problem and how that benefits people.

A quick introduction

Here is what I do.

When a business keeps numbers across several sheets, reports and messages, it becomes difficult to see what is happening. I bring that information into one structure and build a tool that businesses can use, update and check easily.

Some projects need a dashboard. Others need a tracker, an input sheet, a report or a simple workflow. I start by asking the problem that the business wants to solve and then choose the format that fits the work.

I build views that show sales, income, expenses, commissions and other key numbers in one place.

I create files for recurring work such as inventory, invoices and business records, with simple inputs and checks.

I organise business figures so you can compare periods, spot changes and forecast the future.

How I work

You do not need to arrive with a full specification.

Tell me what you record, what you want to improve and what you need to see. I will ask questions, map the steps and provide the working file.

I understand the task

I ask for the pain point, where the data comes from and which decisions the numbers support.

I build the structure

I organise the inputs, add the calculations and create a simple view for the person who will use the system.

I check the file

I test formulas, totals, filters and entries. I also separate inputs from reports because that makes the file easier to manage.

I explain the handover

I show how the file works and keep the input part simple so you can update it easily.

Why I built Finenza

I wanted one place where people could see my work and know my skills.

On Finenza, you can open my projects, see the result and understand the business problem behind each file. I also use the site to show the steps I take when I structure data, build calculations and prepare a dashboard.

Where I am heading

I am expanding my work into financial models, forecasting and business intelligence tools so I can handle a wider range of reporting and planning tasks.

Who I would like to work with

I am open to remote roles and project work.

I would like to work with teams that need help with reporting, business data, Excel systems or financial analysis. I can also work with small businesses that want to automate the manual processes.
